ideas. I think the value that that you know everyone would say is the top value for us is deliver value early and often like we are constantly looking for ways to maximize our value creation with clients. And then second one is do the right thing which is all about trust.

And so you know we’ve got this equation they call the Austo growth equation which is growth equals value times trust. And that’s how we orient like our focus because we’re always trying to maximize the value we create for clients and maximize the trust that we’re we’re

creating by doing good work and doing the right thing. And those three things multiply each other. And that leads to our growth because it leads to the growth of the client and we grow when our clients grow. The other one I really enjoy is delivering often early. There’s

nothing better than being with a client, especially in today’s age where you can walk in, address their business challenge, address their technical challenge and walk away with showing an example. We want to make sure that from day one that we’re providing value and

then we continue to do that throughout the life of the project. Like that’s our goal is to have long-term clients. We’ve had amazing success with uh clients coming back for more and more and like three, [music] four, five year long client relationships. Our first client

is actually still one of our clients today. So going on 9 years with them. Um a lot of this business, nobody is signing up for a project without some sort of trust. So we prove and try to build trust with with clients to show that yes, we can do what we’re saying

we’re going to do. [music] And we we put that in our guarantee. And then as we continue to work together and we’ve built enough trust, we’ve proven that actually this works, our relationship works together, and we’re headed in the right direction, then we can take off

the bite of the real big thing that we want to work on together. The thing I appreciate in Augusta’s core values is the things I see every day in the people I work with, which is everybody seeking to try and bring the thing that provides the most value first, as well as doing

that [music] right thing. So, while it might be hard or maybe it’s something we don’t want to do or something that you know you could do something differently, but it is the right thing to do right now for the client. But also, one of my favorite ones is about just that growth
