Our team helped improve diagnosis code support and information models in the platform’s provider portal, making it easier for healthcare providers to deliver accurate diagnoses. Additionally, Augusto supported the Mentavi team in creating avenues for uploading essential documents such as referrals, insurance cards, and photo IDs, streamlining the user experience.

In parallel, the Augusto and Mentavi teams developed a new “wellness assessment” product to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and businesses for their employees (B2B). This product includes various screeners and allows Mentavi Health to offer subscriptions, expanding its product line and opening new revenue streams.
