In partnership with Mentavi, the Augusto team executed a series of comprehensive enhancements to Mentavi Health’s original ADHD assessment platform. This involved refining the existing assessment mechanisms and expanding the scope to include scoring for additional disorders such as the ASRS (Adult ADHD) and binge eating disorder. Our team helped improve diagnosis code support and information models in the platform’s provider portal, making it easier for healthcare providers to deliver accurate diagnoses. Additionally, Augusto supported the Mentavi team in creating avenues for uploading essential documents such as referrals, insurance cards, and photo IDs, streamlining the user experience.
In parallel, the Augusto and Mentavi teams developed a new "wellness assessment" product to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and businesses for their employees (B2B). This product includes various screeners and allows Mentavi Health to offer subscriptions, expanding its product line and opening new revenue streams.
Augusto helped implement advanced analytics to support Mentavi’s growth further and enhanced the website to track user behavior and funnel metrics. Integration with ActiveCampaign facilitated automated marketing communications, enhancing customer engagement. We also helped rebuild the reporting engine in FileMaker, incorporating advanced search, filters, and progress tracking capabilities, significantly improving the efficiency of generating reports.
